Cancellation & Refund Policy – andaman.vacations

At andaman.vacations, we understand that travel plans can change for various reasons and that’s completely okay. We're here to make those changes as smooth and stress-free as possible for you.

Whether you're booking a custom holiday, hotel stay, island transfer, excursion, or a special event, your satisfaction is always our top priority. While we are required to follow the cancellation policies of our service partners, we always strive to minimize any inconvenience or financial loss for you wherever we can.

Booking cancellation terms apply:
  • 30 days or more before travel: Full refund (₹500 + GST per person as processing fee)
  • 15 to 29 days before travel: 25% of the package cost will be retained
  • 7 to 14 days before travel: 50% of the package cost will be retained
  • Less than 7 days or No Show: No refund
Note: If any hotel or service booked under your package has a special cancellation policy, we will inform you during the booking process. Otherwise, the above standard policy will apply. In all cases, we will always try our best to minimize your losses.

A Few Things to Note:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing from your registered email ID or as a text/WhatsApp message from your registered mobile number to the contacts listed below.
  • Refunds are processed without interest and are subject to deductions as per the policy.
