Cancellation & Refund Policy

Andaman Vacations, Design Tour Packages, Hotel reservations, Transfers & Excursion, Activities, Meeting, Events, Conferences, and many more for his client in association with the service partners on respective components. While using the components from the respective service providers, Andaman Vacations has to agree/accept their terms and policies while confirming the services but being loyal to the customer, we always try our best to minimize the losses incur due to cancellation of tour / services:

Cancellation Policy on Private Tours :

  • Booking cancelled before 01 Month : Full Refund (S&P Fees Rs.1000.00 Per Person will applicable)
  • Booking cancelled before 15 days of arrival: 25 % of the package cost will be retained.
  • Booking cancelled before 07 days of arrival: 50% of the package cost will be retained.
  • Booking cancelled within 7 days of travel date or no show: No refund

Cancellation Policy on Group Tours :

  • Booking cancelled before 01 Month : 15 % of the package cost will be retained.
  • Booking cancelled before 15 days of arrival: 50% of the package cost will be retained.
  • Booking cancelled before 07 days of arrival: 75% of the package cost will be retained.
  • Booking cancelled within 7 days of travel date or no show: No refund

Cancellation Policy on Hotel & Resort Booking :

Note : Some Hotels maintain unconditional cancellation policies, please confirm before confirming the services. General Cancellation Terms :

  • Booking cancelled before 01 Month : Full Refund (S&P Fees Rs.500.00 will applicable)
  • Booking cancelled before 15 days of arrival: 25 % of the package cost will be retained.
  • Booking cancelled before 07 days of arrival: 50% of the package cost will be retained.
  • Booking cancelled within 7 days of travel date or no show: No refund

Cancellation Policy on Sightseeing & Excursions :

  • Booking cancelled before 15 Days : Full Refund (S&P Fees Rs.250.00 Per Person).
  • Booking cancelled before 07 days of arrival: 15% of the package cost will be retained.
  • Booking cancelled before 02 days of arrival: 25% of the package cost will be retained.
  • Booking cancelled within 48 hours of travel date or no show: No refund

General Terms for cancellations and Refund :

Cancellations request should be in written or by email from registered email ID used to process the booking through the concerned staff or sent an email to info@andaman.vacations

The applicable Refund Amount as per cancellation policy will be settled within 10 working days the same mode of payment used while receiving the Payment. No interest will be applicable on refund Amounts.

Andaman Vacations is does not have any responsibility on additional expenses incur due to the cancellation of booking/services not included in the Package.

If the tour/sightseeing/excursions/package discontinued / terminated / missed by the Guest for any personal reason, it is termed as deemed cancellation & no refund will be applicable.

Andaman Vacations reserves the rights to terminate the booking / tour, if the guest is not following the group decorum of the tour or misbehaves or without assigning any reason whatsoever. In such an event, no refund or compensation shall be paid.

On non-receipt of full payment, Andaman Vacations reserves the right to cancel the booking / tour as per the Terms and Cancellation Policy. All refunds will be settled as per the Cancellation Policy.

Andaman Vacations is not liable if an airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight by any reason if the Flight is not a part of the Package but will do all efforts to modify or reschedule the booking based on the Terms and Conditions of Service Provider of respective components.

Andaman Vacations is not responsible any cancellation or additional expenses incur due to any delay or changes or cancellation of flight or any mode of travel to reach the destination (if not a part of the package) or changes in weather conditions, strike, war, quarantine, or any other reason whatsoever.

Andaman Vacations is not liable for missed and/or the program being curtailed after commencement of the tour and / or before the due period on account of Force Majeure including any unavoidable circumstances and any reason beyond company control including political, natural calamity, monument under renovation, VIP movement and security, heavy rush at sightseeing places, road traffic congestion etc., but will do all efforts to modify or reschedule the booking based on the Terms and Conditions of Service Provider of respective components.
